It takes approx. 2 minutes to read this article

A menstrual cup is one of the hygienic measures designed for women during menstruation. It is easy to use, environmentally friendly and can be used repeatedly

Menstrual cups were already patented in the 1930s. However, after the spread of disposable products such as sanitary pads and tampons, many women abandoned their use. It was not until 2001, thanks to Sue Hardy, that cups returned to favor. Undoubtedly, their greatest advantages are ecology and economy. Thanks to repeated use of the cups you do not pollute the environment, as in the case of tampons or sanitary towels. You can also use one cup for even 15 years – of course, if you take proper care of this product
